At Opus Art Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
