The Speedball Scoop Coater is a 16" tool for applying photo emulsion to silk screen.
Extruded from sturdy T6 aluminium, this scoop coater features a dual sided edge: a sharp edge for fine mesh counts (leaves thinner deposit emulsion), and a rounded edge for lower mesh counts (leaves heavier deposit of emulsion). Injection molded ends allow it to sit flat on your surface in between coatings, and a solid holding depth accommodates longer coating sessions.
Comes with a full snap-on dust shield to prevent any particles mixing in with your emulsion.
